The seventh release of Blu Saphir Limited encircles two names that are doing big things in the drum 'n bass scene – DJ Chap, a resident producer of Bryan Gee's V Recordings and DJ Snare, the head of Strictly Beats, a drum and bass and dubstep monthly event supported across Austria.

Look out for DJ Chap to be doing some big things coming up. In addition in having tunes on V Recordings supported by DJ Hype, and being featured on BBC 1Xtra Radio with Crissy Criss, the Brazilian phenom is setting the drum 'n bass scene on fire.

DJ Snare has had much success with his Strictly Beats monthly event, featuring the best in drum & bass and dubstep. This man is serious business, playing the host to a wide range of heavyweights to include Metrik, Loadstar, Ill.Skillz and an upcoming show at the end of the month with Ram Recordings' Audio.

The man of the V fires up and reconfigures the fourth release from Blu Saphir Limited with this upbeat, melodic floor mover. Pronounced cymbal hits accent the rolling drums as they float above minimal bass. Laser sounds suggest a possible battle on the rise, but the pads in the background keep the remix afloat. After a quick melodic break, the tune comes around again for another serving of dancefloor fervor.

B. MURDER SOUND:
DJ Snare's debut release on Blu Saphir LTD has some serious darkness rolling through it. Classic drum and bass breaks, gritty sounds and an echoic vocal bring back memories of the older styles – Renegade Hardware, No U Turn, Quarantine... you get the picture. Chunky bass penetrates the membrane, causing irreparable damage to the bass bins. Fist in the air for this one. You're going to be raging once the beat drops.
