BLUS031 – BRAIN – LET IT GO EP
A. ANGLES
B. DORIC SONG
C. LET IT GO
D. WHAT DO YOU WANT???
E. PEACE SIGNAL (WITH MUKIYARE)
Beautifully and diverse in soundscape, Brain's “Let it Go” EP, carries enough versatility to satisfy any listener. Initiating with dark, dancefloor rollers,
Angles has the ability to please bass bin lovers and neuro heads alike. Swipes and squelches light up the foreground while darker ambiances align the backdrop. Minimal melody gets the job done.
Doric Song brings forth the classic liquid vibes with a soul-soothing bassline, while allowing the dancefloor to flourish. The album's title track,
Let It Go is an amalgamation encompassing elements to take you into higher dimensions. Tantalizing pianos, and grooving basslines are accented by snappy drums and many change-ups. The break brings the chillness around again before the dancefloor goes wild.
What Do You Want houses a soothing but morose vibe, bringing even the most casual listener into a body-moving flow that is the perfect formula to get the crowd close to the bass bins. Beautifully produced and exquisite, this one is sure to please.
Closing out with a collaboration, Peace Signal brings through another liquid roller. Female vocals sparkle throughout the track, while the bass lulls. Drums keep the listener afloat and thriving into ecstasy.
